[Spce-dev] Invalid symbols in SIP Username

Hello!

I'm running into issues with some predefined subscribers I'm trying to
provision, as the usernames have a "*" in between. NGCP-Panel/API
tells me that this is an invalid symbol.

If I'm not wrong in interpreting RFC3261 Section 25.1 though, it seems
that the username can include "unreserved" characters, which includes
the "*" too. My apologies in advance if I'm reading this wrong!

If I am right and "*" is an allowed character - is there an easy way
to work around this problem to provision these subscribers without
modifying their usernames?
