The most important change is to use the UUID of subscribers to figure<br>
out the real subscriber of a number. The point here is that a subscriber<br>
can have multiple numbers, and no matter which number is entered when<br>

of that, you can define normalization rules applied to the number<br>
entered via IVR, because numbers are stored as E164 in the DB, but users<br>
