you can view a call history in the panel UI as well as query it via
rest-api. in both cases, it shows a call list derived from the CDRs
found in the accounting.cdr table.
CDRs are created once the call duration is known (call ended). so the
call lists won't reflect currently ongoing calls.
however prepaid features from PRO platforms populate the
accounting.prepaid_costs table, with live data of ongoing calls. its
records give a realtime view of a customer's balance ticking down as the
call proceeds, according to the active profile's fee intervals.
