[Spce-user] SPCE not sending e-mails but MTA works

oh, now it works... for subscriber creation

may be some problem with Template assignment.

This is little bit confusing - on every subscriber creation, there
must be a templates assignment? This is not by default?

Edit Email Template - there is only From e-mail setting, not From name
setting. Where it could be set up?
