I had the same problem. It was because the billing system stops when
there is no rule matched. Add a rule for all that does not match<br>

Hello,
I have a problem with the billing of calls. After you create the
invoice and add to it at first all goes well I call and the call is
charged as specified, but after doing tests to see if I get charged to
do something else and after a while I try to do another test and I do
not leave anything in the section of charges.
I am attaching a picture where you can see my billing and where you can
see that at first if it comes charging, but then no more.
