In that case, it would be interesting to see if we can use re-write rules for subscribers and route outbound calls to separate peers based on originating npa-nxx. Maybe create two trunks for each carrier each having one Inter deck and the other Intra deck as billing profiles. Not sure if that would work but definitely something to ponder/test out.<br>

I get rate decks from my carriers that indicated both rates and I can tell based on the outbound callerid which rate it is billed at. SPCE does not have the login built in for jurisdictional rating like what I need. I have since found several kamailio/ser based options for getting this kind of rating/routing but all of the solutions are enterprise grade with starting prices of around $10k (US).<u></u><u></u></span></p>

There is no way for you to know when either happens, so in effect, there is no way that you can tell which rate you will be billed. Only your carrier will know and they cannot predict when either.<u></u><u></u></p>
