</div><div>When the party on the Peer/Level3 side of the network sends a BYE, it never reaches the subscriber on the SPCE side and hangs. If the SPCE subscriber sends the BYE, then it appears to work properly. </div><div>
<br></div><div>From everything we can see and with feedback from Level , their SBC or App Server appears to be getting confused by the address SPCE puts in the contact ID field. Is there a setting that will put an additional or different IP address in the Contact ID field? I likely can't get a packet capture until Thursday night (US-EDT), but would be happy to provide one privately later in the week.</div>
