without IP address (only hostname was present).<br>
Adding IP address solved the issue. Isn't it possible for the web
admin interface to either resolve the IP automatically or prevent
user from adding a gateway without IP addresss?<br>

Seems like the ip address of one of the peer gws is not valid and kamailio
refuses to start.
