you can use whatever you want, but all the rates are in cents/seconds, that's all.<br>
If you set 0.014 as rate, means 0.014 cents, so 0.00014 dollar.<br>

0.00014x60x3 = 0.0256 $<br>

I repeat, rates are in cents.<br>
