If you are using spce version 3.x is possible to set peer with same IP.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Another solution is to rewrite the caller directly in kamalio config file.<br>
Probably this is the easiest way, after all the rewrite rules, just before relay the message to the peer you can test caller and callee, if match your values just set $fU = "Your_from".</p>
<p dir="ltr">You can try it out.</p>
