I have seen cases where the router is passing the right ports but may not be using consistent NAT and will cause this loss of audio through the firewall issue.</span></p><p class="ecxMsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1F497D;"> </span></p><p class="ecxMsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1F497D;">The first place to look would be to see if the router support consistent NAT. Also, be sure it isn’t performing any kind of VOIP proxying.
