Problem with libanyevent-perl was wrong configuration of Debian repositories, I had configured Debian Squeeze repositories instead of Wheezy repositories, I fix this and problem was solved.<br>

In log ngcp-upgrade at 90% of file:<br>

Could not determine provisioning db hostname<br>

OK<br>

At the end of the file:<br>

Fix permanent contacts, 'post' stage...<br>

ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)<br>

Need reboot to finish installation.<br>

The upgrade has a steps to take care of them, please see:<br>

/usr/share/ngcp-upgrade-mr3.8.6/upgrade-2.8-to-mr3.8.6<br>

the first part is:<br>

the second part is:<br>

Also you have upgrade log in /var/backup and /var/log/ngcp-upgrade-...<br>

So you can see what has happens during the upgrade.<br>

Unfortunately I cannot help you more with the current information.<br>
