<p>Hello Bill,</p><p> </p><p>Thanks for your e-mail. I have a Mikrotik router acting as firewall in front of the SipWise server. On the SPA112 side, I have an older Linksys router with no port forwards set. I did try the e164_to_ruri option but unfortunately there are still no inbound calls.</p><p> </p><p>It's a mystery. I'm stumped, Cisco can't figure it out and the good people of this mailing list are out of ideas too!</p><p> </p><p>Thanks nonetheless for your suggestions though. The server isn't in production yet so if anyone can spare the time to have a look through my settings, I'd be very grateful. When I assign the same account to a Zoiper softphone, it registers with the correct external IP address. I suspect this is because the SPA112 is registering with its internal IP address rather than that of the WAN connection.
