The difference is that the failed call is coming from PSTN and has an IP
address in request line.<br>
In that case you should add 74.85.156.17 as an empty domain for the
proxy to be able to find the subscriber.<br>
<br>
In working call you have @ <a moz-do-not-send="true"
href="http://sip.fusetelecom.com">sip.fusetelecom.com</a> domain.<br>
