<p>My problem is the g729 codec between trunk of the SIP provider.</p>

<p>But when I make a call to our sip provider I am getting a Unsuported media SIP message back from the sip provider.</p>

<p>I did a troubleshooting with my sip provider and he said that I was missing the g729 codec.<br>

<div>Yes it is enabled by default but if you are wondering about announcements or core services like voicemail supporting g729, that will not happen due to licensing requirements. </div>
