the solution is quite simple:<br>
- you have to add 'monitoring' module in the 'load_plugins'
parameter of sems.conf<br>
- create the file '/etc/ngcp-sems/etc/monitoring.conf' with the
following content: 'run_garbage_collector = yes'<br>

Remember to use customtt.tt2 files for the fixes I suggested you
and then apply changes as usual.<br>
