<p>Good afternoon experts.</p>
<p>I would like to know how can a subscriber activate the voicemail
by service code. If I want to leave a message after 15 seconds I
suppose that the code will start by: *92*15* but I don't know the
number to forward to the voicemail. Do I have to create a inbound
callee rule to create a code to the voicemail?</p>
<p>The second request is that I configured the voicemail by a call
forward by web access and I left a message, then, I want to listen
it and I tried to dial 2000 but appears a message "Not found".
The vsc code in my config.yml file is the default :
voicemail_number:'2000' . Do I have to create a new inbound callee
rule to create a code to go to voicebox?</p>
<p>And the third request is that I change the voicemail language
from english to spanish and when I access to voicemail and I press
1 to listen the messages and the call ends, If I select english I
can listen all the messages without problems. How can I fix it?</p>
