<div dir="ltr">Hi Alexander,<div><br></div><div><div>There is no specific setup to make the announcement working only if the caller is coming from PSTN.<br></div><div>What is necessary is to have have the preference flagged, the soundset associated to the callee and the announcement properly loaded into the soundset.</div><div><br></div><div>A possible reason could be a wrong codec negotiation when the announcement is played.
