<p>Currently the workaround is to first stop the rtpengine service
(`<font face="monospace">ngcp-service stop rtpengine</font>`),
then execute `<font face="monospace">iptables-apply</font>`, then
restart rtpengine.</p>
<p>We should have better support for this scenario in the near
future.</p>
