Hello,
if for some reason the packages for ngcp need to be installed by hand
(e.g. on dreamhost VPS where it apparenlty was the only option), then
there should not be a mysql root pwd, otherwise ngcp installation fails.
As this is asked on installation of the packages, and usually one sets
a password there, possibly it would be helpful to add that information
for the doc ("If you are installing ngcp packages by hand, don't set a
mysql root password until after installation of ngcp.").
