This is because your installation didn't go trough cleanly (as discussed
off-the-list), so you ended up with some wrong package versions after
manually resolving some conflicts.
We're going to reproduce the install issues. In the meanwhile, could you
please double-check if your /etc/apt/sources.list is identical to
/usr/share/ngcp-installer/sources.list, and if so, try "apt-get update;
apt-get upgrade" to fetch the right package versions?
