[Spce-user] Billing Fees as regex

I am hoping that it's possible to have the billing fees as full regex?
For example, I was planning on using something similar to the following:

 

^1(727|813|863|941).*$ so that we can create LATA areas, which would not
be billed for a specific calling plan.  Is I noticed that the
destination field is limited to 255 characters, so as long as the
expression is less than that it will work?
