[Spce-user] SPCE 2.1 with Kamailio 3.1

Hello,

I have put together some instructions to upgrade to Kamailio 3.1 in SPCE 
2.1.

The idea was to be able to reuse the management interface as it is. That 
required to keep using the lcr module from kamailio 3.0. Note that 
kamailio was compiled locally from source in this case, to allow this 
mixing with lcr from 3.0.

With kamailio 3.1 you can benefit of new modules added after 3.0 as well 
as asynchronous tls. The next release of SPCE will be using kamailo 3.1, 
but for people eager to do it right now, see the wiki page:
