[Spce-user] all rates 0 value.... :-(

 no, it has not changed. the rates were inserted yesterday, i have executed the update query and all is the same.


in the rate-o-matic log all seems fine.

 
Apr 18 15:41:53 sip rate-o-mat[737]: No new CDRs to rate, sleep 10
Apr 18 15:42:03 sip rate-o-mat[737]: rate cdr #137
Apr 18 15:42:03 sip rate-o-mat[737]: 30 CDRs rated so far.


 but the cost is still 0.

Hi,

that entry looks perfectly ok. Maybe it has been changed only after the
CDR has been rated? If you change the rating status of the CDR to
'unrated', fees will be calculated again:

UPDATE accounting.cdr SET rating_status = 'unrated' WHERE id = 137;

If that doesn't help, and if /var/log/ngcp/rate-o-mat.log doesn't print
anything unusual we'd have to debug rate-o-mat a bit.
