[Spce-user] Rate-o-mat issue with VSC codes, voicemail ... [PARTIALY SOLVED]

Hello,

Finally  to be able to restart rate-o-mat daemon  I must add   a generic
destination   ^.*$
Because rate-o-mat   stop on anything that doesn't exists in the rate table
!

I know that the normal behavior to avoid billing issue but concretly  but
rate-o-mate should skip any rate that  have destination_domain  field =
'app.local'   or = '127.0.0.1'  ???

I've got lots of  CDR  with destination  like  %2372...  where % 23 is  HTML
URL encoding of  #  ....
seems that  sharp symbol is not stored proberly in CDR table ! Might be this
is why rate-o-mat stop here ...

Moreover rate-o-stop on voicemail call too ...
