It is not sending the INVITE, still sending UPDATE... and 
/etc/sems/etc/ngcp.sbprofile.conf does not reflect the changes in 
/etc/ngcp-config/templates/etc/sems/etc/ngcp.sbcprofile.conf.customtt.tt2 after 
ngcpcfg apply.
