This issue was on the back burner while I sorted some other stuff out, 
and I'm only touching on it again because our FS is now sending CNAM..

As you can see the caller name comes in as "XATEL COMM", however the 
phones are currently still displaying only: 2073911000 
<207391100 at 71.241.208.10

Is this something that should be fixed on the provider end, or can it be 
easier manipulated in ngcp?
