[Spce-user] Can't route alphanumeric numbers

Hi, when i dial a phone by clicking from personal panel web page,
i get this message in kamailio.log

ERROR: <script>: Can't route alphanumeric numbers to PSTN - M=INVITE
R=sip:domain1.com F=sip:9881 at domain1.com T=sip:+784773114 at domain1.com
IP=1.2.3.4:5080 ID=1010D579-4D253DE000071B82-40F6A950 at 1.2.3.4

i can make calls to the same number but from sip phone (subscriber)
