Hi,

yes, it should contain at least one non-numeric character.
(Although you can change that by setting allow_numeric_usernames as
outlined in the sip:provider CE Handbook at
http://www.sipwise.com/doc/spce/ar01s03.html#creating-subscribers
we do not recommend to do so, as numeric usernames can interfere with
phone number routing ...)

Still, the webinterface should display a useful error message and we'll
look into that.
