It sounds more like you are looking for a pbx, I think Sipwise is more of a
service provider platform (like a phone company), a PBX then connects to the
service provider.

But - since this is open source, you can do with it what you like - it has
asterisk on it, which you can code up any dialplan that you like for IVRs,
huntgroups and extensions.

Guessing you want a GUI for it all - you would want something like Elastix
instead of this platform.
