[Spce-user] How peering rules works ?

Hello,

I've setup 2 outbound peerings .  Unfortunately these providers doesn't let
go through PSTN if CLI is not one of their numbers.
So to solve this,  I would like to setup  peering "caller pattern" rule.

I haven't found any documentation about how to setup these rules.  I don't
know If  caller pattern should match  the E164 number  or anything else ?
