[Spce-user] Pre Call / Early media Announcement

Hi,

 

 I'm trying to get away from the need of another box but some features are
still needed. Is there already a way or any suggestions on how I can play a
pre-call announcement to users when dialing international? 

 

For example: 

 

caller dials 011~ > spce determines route > sends to sems or asterisk to
play 'please wait while your call is connected' > call is connected.
