[Spce-user] Cannot save voicemail to old folder

Hello,  We are running CE 2.1 and when you are checking your voicemails and try to save a message to the old messages folder, there is a long pause and it says that message was saved successfully, but asterisk produces the following error and the message is lost. Anyone come across this before?
