[Spce-user] CLass of Service question

Hi,

 

 I noticed on the features of spce there is outbound call restrictions based
on service class. There was no mention in the docs on how is this
implemented within the admin panel. 

 

 How would I go about implementing outbound restrictions per subscriber?
