Actually this is not an URL, it's a namespace. The type definitions
should not need to be found there, as they are included in the WSDL itself.

Has anybody here successfully used Axis with the WSDL? I tried it once
and it seemed to work ... (And I think at least one of our big customers
is using an Axis based implementation to access the interface.)
