That's correct, should be:
iaddress: 127.0.0.1
eaddress: eth0 IP
aaddress: elastic IP

Could you please check:
/etc/init.d/kamailio-lb status
/etc/init.d/kamailio-proxy status
?
Also the security group should permit access to UDP port 5060.
