[Spce-user] Problem with logging on administrator

Hello,
I've just installed SIP Provider CE and everything went fine I guess,
though installer died in the middle of 'installing packages' and went
fine to the end after I ran it again.
I haven't touched mysql config, just set up the password for mysql root
and cdrexports as on http://www.sipwise.com/doc/spce/ar01s02.html.
The problem is that I can't login to the administrative panel.
I use administrator / administrator and try to login to
https://cloud7.a0fe05.project.ovh.net:1443/
After hitting 'Login' the same page comes. What should I do ?
