It will, on a signaling level, in the next release. Release date is
definitely end of April, we're currently in the testing stage.

If you want to relay specific media streams just end-to-end, then you
can do it transparently already with any arbitrary codec. There is
currently no transcoding, and none is planned in the near future. You
can however, in a month, filter specific codecs defined in the SDP body
of requests/responses really easily. Currently, you can only do this
manually using the textops modules of kamailio in your proxy configuration.

Again, the next release that will have that integrated out-of-the-box
using the sems sbc module.
