[Spce-user] sip:provider CE v2.2 released

Hi guys,

We've just released SPCE v2.2, check the details and install/upgrade
instructions over here:

All v2.2-rc1 users are advised to upgrade to the final v2.2 version,
since it fixes a couple of annoying bugs and provides improvements in
the general handling of the SPCE.
