[Spce-user] SIP/2.0 503 No proxy available, try again later

Your proxy/registrar running in localhost:5062 seems to have stopped.
Check the log file in /var/log/ngcp/kamailio-proxy.log for any messages.

You can re-start it by executing "/etc/init.d/kamailio-proxy start".
