[Spce-user] SIP/2.0 503 No proxy available, try again later

I've truncated (using phpmyadmin) table  dialplan and now kamalio-proxy
starts properly
It's strange because when I enter back in  spce admin I still  view
rewrite rules for domains and peerings ...
