its weird, I don't see the cpu consumed in htop. possibly its just the
network traffic that is slowed through something (locking?) in the ipt
module?
if I stop the ngcp-mediaproxy-ng-daemon, everything runs fine.

I run this:
# while true; do cat /proc/mediaproxy/0/list ; cat
/proc/mediaproxy/0/status ; sleep .5 ; done
but it locks up completely during the call, after the call has
finished, it comes back doing the normal (idle? )output, which looks like
