[Spce-user] sip:provider CE v2.2 released

Seems that due to these errors  triggers between kamailio and provisioning
database are not executed properly !
Currently I haven't got any peering configured in SPCE but  In kamailio >
lcr_gw table  still appear old peering !  ...
