[Spce-user] NGCP-2.2.13_Proxy.cfg.tt2_Caller-ID_Name_Patch

Hi,

I went through and checked/double checked this callerID-Name problem
again with 2.2.13

Admittedly, I don't know what the PAI does other than make the reminder
callerid name work properly. After removing the PAI in 2.2.13, the
reminder callerID-Name shows "asterisk" & "reminder". I didn't like that
so in order to fix this, the uac_replace_from("[% reminder.sip_fromuser
%]",""); is added.

I have to stand by my original patch for this issue.

Its cleaned up a bit more now and attached here if you want to use it.

This patch closes any issue of callerID name display that I had. It may
not be the 'proper' way to do it, but it works perfectly for my needs.

Please let me know if anything 'breaks' as a result of applying this
patch to proxy.cfg_v2.2.13

Cheers,
--Skyler
