Dear Andrew,

Thanks a million for your response.

My  E.164 number is +23489500001, CC=+234, AC=89, SN 500001, What I intend
to achieve is to be able to dial 089500001, 089500002 ans so forth to reach
a subscriber instead of dialing 2348500001...etc to reach a subscriber.

I am also faced with the same problem when I want to dial number other
local mobile operator which have numbers like 08031231234

CC=234, NDC=0803, SN=1231234

Instead of dialing 08031231234 to reach this subscriber, I have to dial
002348031231234 before I can reach such numbers.

Kindly help me with rewrite rules that will be able to normalize numbers
like this.

Regards

Ikiabo, William A.
