[Spce-user] Upgrade CE v2.5

Hi,

we worked on a fix regarding the "Couldn't connect to database:
Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost'" issue. As usual the
update is available from the Sipwise repository.

To get the fix just run:

  apt-get update
  apt-get upgrade

or to update just the bugfix related packages instead run:

  apt-get update
  apt-get install ngcp-db-schema ngcp-upgrade-2.5-ce

Then running:

  ngcp-upgrade

should work for everyone again.
