[Spce-user] InnoDB registration as a STORAGE ENGINE failed

Hi,

 I had trouble to install lftp after the downgrade
to libmysqlclient16_5.1.57-rel12.8-233.squeeze_amd64.deb (fix for
asterisk). The system would not allow to install anything until I forced
upgrade to latest libmysqlclient16 (ie: apt-get upgrade). Since then all
was ok, after I installed the lftp I did dpkg
-i libmysqlclient16_5.1.57-rel12.8-233.squeeze_amd64.deb again to fix
asterisk.

 last night I did reboot of the server and now kamailio-proxy will not
load. Actually it seems InnoDB engine will not load. Below is the
mysql.log. I have tried to download percona packages and dpkg -i to
re-install but the problem is still the same.

 Can anyone suggest how I can overcome this now? It is a production box in
pre-deployment still so I can remove/re-install/restore databases etc. but
I'd like to avoid wiping/re-install of OS.
