[Spce-user] CSC ringtimeout

Hi,

 I've just upgraded from 2.4 to 2.5 and noticed that there is not a way for
CSC to specify the _initial_ ringtimeout. Example: A call comes in to
subscriber, I want to ring the landline for 10 seconds before using the
Call Forwards but 'cft - ringtimeout' is not available for setting in CSC
of initial incoming call.

 Maybe I misunderstand?
