[Spce-user] /etc/cron.d/ngcp-credit-warning - error

Hello,
Indeed this file is only present in the PRO edition. In CE the crontab
should just call /usr/sbin/ngcp-credit-warning. I have just pushed the
fix to 2.5 repositories, apt-get update && apt-get upgrade && ngcpcfg
apply will fix the problem..
