[Spce-user] upgrade 2.2 to 2.4

michael + andreas,

after i looked at the file /etc/sipwise_ngcp_version i saw that i was
indeed at 2.4

i was expecting visual changes in the administrative gui and, when not
seen, i thought the upgrade failed.

sorry for my mistake and i thank you both for the quick response.
